A look at the small life
I fell into design at sixteen, redrawing gig posters for bands that never asked me to. I studied civil engineering anyway, and design stayed in the margins — persistent, slightly inconvenient. After graduating I took a job at Solvent Labs writing reports nobody read, and a restructure eleven months later handed me the excuse I needed to rebuild a portfolio instead.
At twenty-two I joined Northfeather as a visual designer, which in a nine-person studio meant identity, product, packaging and the occasional van wrap. Two years on I moved to Bramble Pay as a communication designer, shaping how one of Iberia’s noisier fintechs actually sounded.
Then a slipped disc put me flat on a floor in Porto for four months. It sanded the ambition down to something more useful. “Build slowly, but never build small.” I came back with a shorter list and a longer attention span, and I have not really rearranged it since.
Now the question isn’t what I want to make next, but how I want the making to feel while it happens.

I help founders and small teams move quickly and on purpose across product, web and brand design. Whether you are starting from nothing, shipping a first honest version, or reworking something that already earns its keep, I bring the pace, the clarity and the craft to get you ahead without quietly cutting corners.
