The honest part

What's really keeping you stuck

1

The exhaustion loop

You wake up tired before the day has started — and rest never seems to touch it.

Reclaim your energy

You know something has to change — you're just not sure where to begin, or whether it will hold this time. Being stuck isn't a character flaw. It's information. And it's exactly where the work starts.

My philosophy

What I believe about wellness

None of this came out of a textbook. It came from real people, real setbacks, and the handful of things that actually held. It shapes every session and every recommendation I make.

You are not a problem to be solved

You're a whole person navigating a genuinely complicated life. We start from there, not from a list of what's wrong.

Consistency outperforms intensity

Small actions repeated across months create the change that six-week crash programmes never manage to hold on to.

Your body has been telling you already

We slow down enough to actually hear it, rather than overriding the signal with one more plan and a stricter schedule.

Lasting change needs honest support

I'm not here for the quick win you abandon in March. I'm here for the version that's still standing next winter.

About

Nine years of walking this road beside real people

I built Solenne after my own burnout — and after finding an industry full of noise and short on honesty. My approach is deliberately different: no generic programmes, no pressure to be perfect. Just steady, grounded support that fits the life you actually have.

Testimonials

Real people. Real change.

More than 400 women have trusted Solenne to help them get unstuck, find some balance, and feel like themselves again. Here's what a few of them said once the work was done.

"After three months with Solenne I finally stopped dreading my mornings. I have more energy, my anxiety has dropped noticeably, and I feel like I've come back to myself."

"I came in sceptical — I'd tried everything. Within six weeks I had a sleep routine that actually worked and had stopped reaching for sugar every afternoon."

"The sessions felt like finally being heard. No quick fixes, no judgement — just steady, thoughtful support. I lost 12 lbs in ten weeks, but the real change was how I felt."

"I spent years reading about wellness and doing none of it. Having someone genuinely in my corner made the difference. I've now been consistent for seven months — longer than I ever managed alone."

"Worth every penny. I was nervous about investing in coaching, but the results — better sleep, clearer thinking, 18 lbs down — proved the sceptic in me completely wrong."

"I did not just learn healthier habits — I understood why mine kept collapsing. That shift in perspective changed everything. Six months in and I haven't looked back."

"The honesty was what I needed. No fluff, no platitudes — just a real conversation about what was working and what wasn't. I left every session clearer and more capable."

"I came for the weight and stayed for everything else. Better sleep, better mood, a far better relationship with food. I wish I'd found Solenne years earlier."

Process

Three steps back to steady

The coaching that works is simple, honest, and built around you. This is how we do it — and why it holds when everything else hasn't.

Step 1

I listen before I lead

Your first session is about understanding you — your history, your patterns, what has worked and what hasn't. No judgement and no agenda of mine.

2

Step 2

We build a plan that fits your week

Together we design something around your real schedule, your real energy, and the goals that are actually yours — not somebody else's template.

Step 3

I stay for the long stretch

Weekly check-ins, honest feedback, and adjustments when life gets in the way — because it always does. That's where the change actually happens.
