Hi there — I paid for the botanical card set about an hour ago, but the order still shows “Awaiting payment” and no download link has arrived. Did something go wrong?

Thanks for flagging it. The charge is still pending with your bank, which is why the order hasn’t flipped to paid yet — it usually clears within a few hours. As soon as it does, the PDF unlocks on your downloads page automatically and I’ll email you a copy too.
