Agency Agreement

I. Teodora Vasilev, having address at Kastanie Allé 18, 10435 Berlin, Germany (“Principal”); and
II. Verdanne Studio ApS, having address at 112 Quay Terrace, #04-08, Wellington 6011, New Zealand (“Agent”)

(Individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”)

The above Parties have entered into this Agency Agreement (“the Agreement”) on 06/03/2026 (“Effective Date”).

A. WHEREAS, the Principal is a describe business;
B. WHEREAS, the Agent is a describe business;
C. WHEREAS, the Principal wishes to appoint the Agent to represent it in the territory described in describe territory;
D. WHEREAS, the Agent has the capacity and the licences required to carry out the services on the Principal’s behalf;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants set out below, the Parties agree as follows.

1. Appointment. The Principal appoints the Agent as its non-exclusive commercial representative for the term set out in clause 4, and the Agent accepts that appointment on the terms of this Agreement.
