Summarise the field notes from the Kelso site visit and flag anything that needs a follow-up.

The Kelso visit covered three areas: the loading dock retrofit, the temporary staffing arrangement, and the utility metering that was installed in March. Overall the retrofit is tracking about nine days behind the plan you shared in April, mostly because the replacement dock levellers arrived in two shipments instead of one.

Staffing looks steadier than last quarter. The site is running 41 people across two shifts, down from 52, and the overtime rate has settled at 6.8 hours per person per week. The floor supervisor mentioned that the second shift has been absorbing most of the inbound volume since the schedule change.

Two items need a follow-up. The metering data has a gap between 12 and 19 June that nobody has explained, and the fire-suppression inspection certificate on file expires in seven weeks. I would raise both with the facilities lead before the next review.

Can you draft the follow-up note to the facilities lead?
