Layout
Your bullet points are doing real work here — keep them. Résumés should lean on short bullets rather than paragraphs, because bullets break the page up and let a recruiter pick out what you actually delivered in a few seconds of scanning.
Before I move to the next section, a note on your template. It puts your work history front and centre, which is right, but it can be tightened so it moves cleanly through applicant tracking systems. Those are the tools employers use to filter applications before a person ever opens them, and roughly 88% of large employers now run one.
If a system can't read your file properly, you never reach the human stage. I'd avoid the drag-and-drop résumé builders for this reason — the layouts they export are often unreadable to a parser, and they tend to look generic to anyone who does open them.
