Write once for the messages you send constantly — arrival notes, key handoff, fuel policy. Drop in tokens like “Renter first name” or “Vehicle model” so each one still reads personal.

Pick the moment instead of the minute. A template can leave the moment a booking is confirmed, four hours before pickup, or right after the car is returned.

Apply per listing and handover type

Attach a template to one vehicle or the whole fleet. Airport meetups, curbside drop-offs and self-serve lockbox pickups can each carry their own wording.
