What can Thistle gift cards be used on?
Gift cards work on any listing from a shop that accepts them, including custom orders and digital downloads. The balance covers item cost, shipping and tax.
How can I tell whether a shop accepts them?
Look for the gift card note under the price on a listing page. At checkout, accepted balances appear automatically in the payment step.
What if my order costs less than my gift card?
Whatever is left stays on your balance for the next order. Cards don’t expire, and you can hold a balance across as many purchases as you like.
What’s the difference between a gift card and credit?
A gift card is bought and sent by someone else. Thistle credit is issued to you directly — from a refund, a promotion, or a cancelled order.
