Delete account

Your Loomcraft account is the key to every Loomcraft service. If you delete it, you'll lose access to all of them and the data stored against your account will be gone.

Deleting your account permanently removes the account itself and every piece of personal data attached to it. Before a project deletion request can be fulfilled, Loomcraft may need approval from a studio administrator. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

Note: Loomcraft may retain limited financial records to meet federal and state obligations. Deleting your account does not release you from paying any subscription balance still owed.

Important: Export anything you want to keep before you delete your Loomcraft account.

Once the account is deleted, you'll no longer be able to reach:

• Your Loomcraft credentials, projects, and linked services such as the Marketplace or Maker forums
• Your purchases, including Loomcraft Studio and Team seats and any Marketplace bundles

Your projects and their data are erased for good. Some content, such as forum posts and comments you left, may remain visible to other people.
