How long do I have to send something back?

Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and still has its tags. Start the process from your order page and we’ll email a prepaid label within a few minutes.

When does the refund land?

• Card refunds: 3–6 business days after the parcel is scanned
• Store credit: issued the same day the return is received

Can I swap for a different size instead?

Yes — choose “Exchange” when you open the return and we’ll hold the replacement size for 14 days. If the size you need is out of stock, write to us at help@coastlinegoods.co and we’ll flag your order for the next restock.
