We move fast and stay legible because anything we intend to build is written down the moment it is said out loud. The instinct here is to open an issue for every idea, snag or dependency — it costs nothing, so nobody hesitates. That makes handoffs easier, and a thread from eighteen months ago can still be picked up in an afternoon.
