Thornfield runs its whole sales motion by joining enrichment tools to Kestrel CRM over Everglen’s API.

Software subscriptions have become a staple of any digital team. Finding the right tools, comparing plans and keeping renewals honest can quietly turn into a full-time job — so Thornfield built a platform that automates the repetitive parts.

We sat down with Ines Vogler, Revenue Operations Manager, to hear how Everglen reshaped her team’s workflow and shortened contract cycles.

Challenge 1: fragmented contact data slowed every deal

Before Everglen, prospecting meant a long chain of manual steps. Sourcing a contact and building a usable profile involved a lot of tab-switching and re-typing between five systems.

Validated phone numbers and work addresses took even longer, since each enrichment vendor had to be checked on its own.

Solution 1: one relay between enrichment and the CRM

Everglen lets Thornfield push companies and contacts straight into Kestrel from the network view, and shows what is already on record while a rep browses.
