Faded canvas print — replacement or refund

Hi Kelpwood team 👋

The canvas panel arrived this morning, but the print quality isn’t close to the proof. The greens look washed out next to the sample sheet, and there’s a visible seam running down the left edge.

I’d like either a replacement or a refund. Happy to send photos if that helps.
