How to submit a design request at Hollowmere
Starting a project with Hollowmere takes about four minutes. Once your request is submitted you'll get a confirmation email carrying your request ID (for example HLM-40821). Keep it nearby — you'll quote it whenever you check progress or write to the support desk. A producer reviews every brief within one business day and pairs it with the designer whose queue fits it best.
What to expect during the build
Standard turnaround runs 2–4 business days, depending on how much exploration a brief calls for. Identity systems and multi-format brand kits usually land closer to six. You'll get an email with a download link the moment your files clear review. If nothing has arrived after the fifth business day, send us the request ID and we'll trace it the same morning.
Revisions & feedback
Every Hollowmere request includes two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. To open a round, reply to the delivery email with your notes gathered in one place. Specific feedback moves fastest — pointing at a file and a frame beats a general impression. Further rounds beyond the included two are billed per hour, and the support desk will quote before any work starts.
