Starter kit files not delivered

Hi team,

I'm following up on my starter kit order. The files were meant to land three days ago and nothing has arrived — no email, no download link, nothing at all.

We have a store opening next Thursday and I need those assets on hand. If I don't hear back today I'll have to cancel the order outright.

Could someone tell me where this stands? 🙏
