We're always looking for unusual minds to join the team. If you spend your days at the edge of protein design, medicinal chemistry, machine learning, or assay development, we'd love to hear from you.
We're hiring a vivarium operations lead to join the core team and run the animal work that moves our metabolic programs forward. You'd be among the first fifteen hires at an early-stage company and make real contributions to therapies for age-related disease. The role is based at our Somerville, MA lab, with the option to spend part of each week at our Kendall Square offices. We're aiming for a March–April 2027 start.
People who have held this role at Verrow have co-authored high-impact papers during their time here and gone on to unusually strong career trajectories.
We believe model-native discovery will reshape how metabolic disease is treated. If working at the seam of synthetic biology, computation, and chemistry sounds like your kind of problem — and you want to help build something that moves the field from first principles — we'd like to talk.
Base range of $96,400–$128,700 depending on experience, plus equity, fully covered medical and dental cover, and a yearly research budget.
