No. The token is fully passive — your phone powers the chip for the fraction of a second it takes to read.

Through leather, silicone, and most plastics, yes. Cases with a metal plate or a thick wallet insert can block the read.

As often as you like. Each token can hold up to four routines, and you can rewrite them from the app in a few taps.

Open the app, hold the token to the top of your phone, and pick which apps a session should mute. Setup runs about two minutes.

Only so your routines survive a new phone. You can use Stilla fully offline and skip the account at the cost of syncing.

Move the token to the very top edge of the phone, remove any wallet case, and make sure Airplane Mode is off. If it still fails, run the diagnostic below.

Yes — per routine. Most people keep one list for deep work and a looser one for evenings.

The token is the trigger; the app enforces the block. Without it installed, a tap does nothing.

Until the parcel is handed to the carrier, yes. Reply to your confirmation email with the new address and we’ll update it.

Within 45 days, used or not. Return shipping inside the EU is on us, and refunds land 3–5 days after the token reaches the workshop.
