Choosing accessibility as the frame is a smart call for a portfolio piece. Larger type, roomier inputs, and the higher-contrast primary action ("Continue with email") all read clearly against WCAG AA.

My one real concern is conceptual. Putting accessibility behind a toggle implies it is a mode people opt into, when the whole point is that it should be the default state of the interface. Rather than a switch, I'd design a single screen that already meets the bar for everyone.

I'd also echo Priya's note about scope — the flow needs its neighbours (verification, error and empty states, the hand-off back to the dashboard) before the argument really lands.
