Hey Ines, good to finally meet you. Hope the long weekend treated you well. I got your recap email with the meeting summary from Quorum and got curious about how the whole thing works. Have you been leaning on it much for your calls?
Constantly, since about February. It cut the manual note-taking down to almost nothing, and honestly the bigger win is being able to search back through what someone said three calls ago and draft the follow-up from it.
