Customers are hitting dead ends on several routes and getting unexpected errors when they try to complete an action.

Incident type: website malfunction. Impact: all visitors reaching the storefront. Summary: people have reported a handful of separate issues while moving through the site, including:

404 — page not found: some visitors hit a "404 — page not found" screen on routes that used to resolve, notably the catalogue index and the contact page.

Form submissions failing: visitors report that submitting a form — contact requests and quote requests both — returns an error saying the submission could not be completed.

Slow page loads: several people mentioned that certain pages take far longer to render than usual, which is costing us sessions on the checkout path.
