No. We place a $1 authorization hold to confirm the card is valid, then release it within 3 business days.
How can I cancel during my free trial?
Open Settings → Subscription and choose Cancel trial. It takes about 30 seconds and takes effect immediately.
What happens after the free trial period?
Your plan renews at $38.40 per month plus applicable tax, billed on the 14th until you cancel.
Can I switch to the annual plan later?
Yes. Switching to annual saves $92.20 a year, and we prorate whatever you've already paid this cycle.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Paylane, and bank transfer for teams of 12 seats or more.
Where can I find my receipts?
Every invoice lands in your email and stays in Billing history, exportable as PDF or CSV.
