A workflow rebuilt for volume

Until now, each conversation carried a single label. That worked for small teams and fell apart for the ones handling 300+ threads a week, where one thread often belongs to three people at once.

What you can do now

  • Stack labels on a thread instead of replacing them
  • Set urgency from low to critical
  • Assign a thread to one of your teammates

Improvements

  • Chat notifications update in place as a thread changes
  • Time-based snoozing respects the recipient's timezone

Composer improvements

A batch of changes that make writing a reply feel closer to the editor you already use — the toolbar collapses while you type, and drafts hold their place when you switch threads.

Bugfixes

  • Safari jumped to the top of a thread after each send
  • Logging a customer out closed the wrong browser tab
