The blog has a new name: welcome to The Ascent
Update
Our writing archive is now called The Ascent, a name that matches what the pieces are actually for: getting from where your career is to where you want it next.
Alongside the name we rebuilt the reading pages — illustrated headers, cleaner typography, and browsing by topic, role or seniority instead of one long reverse-chronological wall.
