There has never been more to read, and never less time to find the part worth reading. Careful work gets buried under sheer volume, and the people doing it stop being heard at all. Narrowing that gap — between something worth saying and the reader who needed to hear it — is the whole of what we build.

Our job is to keep good writing findable and worth the time it asks for. We are looking for people who take that seriously: who argue for the reader in every meeting, who would rather ship something small and right than something broad and vague, and who accept that an editorial product is judged as much by what it leaves out as by what it lets through.
