Working in cycles
Every eight weeks we pick the small number of things that actually matter and set the rest down. Teams form around them, choose their own pace, and write up what they learned when the cycle closes.
We build for the patient tinkerers. The stubbornly curious and quietly ambitious. The people who finish what they start. These are the minds we hire and grow at Cupola.

Most of what we know now was learned on the job. Thursday teardowns, a monthly reading group and a lot of unpolished demos keep the questions coming.
Attention is the scarcest thing we have, so meetings are the exception rather than the default. Everyone shapes a schedule around the hours they genuinely think well in.
Nobody here is finished. We take career conversations seriously and spend real effort on the trust it takes for candid feedback to land the way it was meant.
