How we work
- 01 Small crews. Four to six people own a surface end to end, from research spike to on-call.
- 02 Titles stay quiet. Scope is earned by the work you finish, not the line in the org chart.
- 03 Automate the second time. If a task returns, it gets a script before it gets a rota.
