What does a credit cost?

How many credits will I need?

A single response costs between 1 and 6 credits, depending on how long the study runs and how much screening the participant has to pass first.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits bought on this page stay on the workspace until you spend them.

Can I split credits across studies?

Yes. Credits sit at the workspace level, so any study can draw from the same balance and you can order as many responses per study as you like.

Can you send me an invoice?

We invoice on request for purchases above $1,800 USD. Email billing@larkfield.co and we’ll open a purchase order for you.

Can you help with procurement or vendor registration?

Usually, yes. Send the forms your finance team uses along with a deadline and our billing desk will complete them, typically within three working days.

Which payment methods do you take?

All major cards, and bank transfer for orders above $1,800 USD. Card payments post to the balance immediately; transfers clear in one to two working days.
