You build momentum by adding work with real dates, finishing it on schedule, and using the features that keep a list honest — labels, recurring due dates, and reminders. Momentum drops when a task sits four or more days past its date.
You can also set your own targets for how many tasks you want to finish each day or each week, and Cairn will hold the streak while you
