The Halden AutonomyCompany Of Lisbon

Our mission is to make the four-person, four-hundred-million-euro company ordinary.

The Halden Autonomy Company of Lisbon was founded in March 2024 by Inês Vasconcelos and Tomás Reiter to pursue that mission.

Backed by Rambla Ventures & Halcyon Growth

Software was meant to hand people their afternoons back. Most teams now spend those afternoons keeping the software upright.

With sharper tools, and agents that finish what they start, that ends.

We picture a decade in which a handful of people directing dozens of agents can run a genuinely large business, and the agents carry the ordinary weight of the week — the reconciliations, the follow-ups, the third draft. Every operator should be able to staff a night shift that never sleeps.

There are roughly 332 million businesses trading today, and something near 190 million more will be registered before 2040. We want each of them to be able to run this way. We are building for the person who has the idea and, until now, not the headcount.

Our name comes from a small harbour town our first engineer grew up in — a place that shipped far more than its size suggested. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

with warm regards from Lisbon,Inês & Tomás

Come build the next decade in Lisbon.

We think the interesting software of the 2030s gets made by small, stubborn teams with very capable agents behind them.
