Frequently
Asked
Questions

How does it feel to wear a printed shoe?
Wearing a printed pair feels closer to a second skin than to a shoe. The lattice stretches where your foot flexes and stiffens where it needs support, so there is no break-in period and no pressure points from seams. Every midsole is generated from your own scan, which means the cushioning sits exactly under the parts of your foot that carry load — and it keeps feeling right as the material settles.
How do I scan my feet?
Two minutes with a phone camera. Our app walks you through six angles and confirms the capture before you send it.
What material are the shoes made from?
A single recyclable elastomer, printed as one continuous piece — no glue, no stitching, no mixed materials to separate at end of life.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Thirty days on every pair. Because each print is made to your scan, returns come back to us for re-grinding rather than resale.
Where do you ship and deliver to?
We print in Rotterdam and Providence and ship to 41 countries, usually within nine working days of your order.
How can I launch my own footwear?
Submit a design through the creator portal. If it prints cleanly, we handle production, storefront, and fulfilment, and you keep the royalty.
Can I create samples to test a product?
Yes — single-pair sample runs are available to any approved creator, priced at cost and printed on the same line as retail pairs.
