Getting Care
Should Feel Human

Wrenfield started in a rural clinic waiting room, watching referrals stall inside fax queues. Today we build the connective tissue that gets people seen sooner.

Where It Began

We have watched a referral stall from all four sides — the patient calling back a third time, the coordinator re-keying a fax, the specialist sitting on open slots, the health system counting leakage. Wrenfield was built to close that loop.

Where We're Headed

What began as a scheduling bridge between two orthopedic groups now moves referrals for 37 provider networks, handling intake, eligibility, and prior authorization in a single pass.

The People Behind It

We have sat on every side of a referral — the exam room, the call center, the integration layer. That is why we build tools that make the work lighter and the wait shorter.

Firsthand Context

We have been the patient left on hold and the coordinator on the other end of the line. That memory sets the bar for every workflow we ship.

Systems That Hold

Health systems route high-stakes referrals through Wrenfield, so nothing can quietly fall out of the queue between two departments.

A Person In The Loop

Software should carry the clerical weight and hand the judgment back to clinicians — never the other way around.
