We Made the Thing We Needed

The hard part

As founders, all three of us hit sperm health problems while trying to start families. One of us watched a count come back low on three tests running; two of us sat through miscarriages nobody could explain until fragmentation testing finally named the cause.

The plan

The worst part was doing it quietly. There is almost nowhere for men to compare notes, most doctors will not raise sperm quality unprompted, and no single supplement puts the researched ingredients together at the doses the studies actually used.

So we did it the slow way. We read the papers, called andrologists, and tested stack after stack — roughly $420 a month of overlapping bottles and a pill organiser refilled every other Sunday. It was miserable, and it taught us exactly what a sperm performance formula should contain. Our numbers improved, and the plan became the product.

You Don't Have to Do It Quietly

Kickturn is the product we wanted in the year we needed it: measured, unfussy, and built for men in the middle of this. Whether you are three IVF rounds deep or only starting to wonder, our aim is to take the research off your plate and make the road to fatherhood a little less lonely.

We hope our stories are useful to you.

Priya and I couldn't conceive on our own, so we started IVF to improve the odds. After two failed rounds we learned that, among other things, my count was well below average. I felt useless. Priya helped me research every lever we had, and for eighteen months we packed pills together every other week to get my swimmers back in shape. Our son turned one in March.

Marisol and I lost three pregnancies and nobody could tell us why. Every panel came back clean. We eventually learned that DNA fragmentation in sperm can drive miscarriage, so I went on a protocol to bring my oxidative stress down. She is twenty-two weeks along.

Bea and I both thought we were in decent shape, so we assumed starting a family would be simple. It wasn't — two miscarriages, and every appointment focused on her. I decided to do everything I could during what our doctor called trimester zero: I rebuilt my supplement stack, changed the underwear I was wearing, and stopped taking calls with a laptop on my lap. Our daughter arrived last spring.

Our Clinical Board

Meet the scientific advisers behind the formula, led by Dr. Adaeze Nwachukwu, a male reproductive medicine specialist at Halden University. Every adviser checks that Kickturn uses the right ingredients at the doses the research actually supports. We didn't want to settle, and neither should you.

Dr. Adaeze Nwachukwu

Director, Male Reproductive Medicine — Halden University

“I have spent my career studying male fertility, and what I see now is hard to ignore: semen quality is falling faster than we can explain. That is why I worked with Kickturn to build a sperm performance formula grounded in decades of clinical work rather than marketing.

Most supplements are assembled from generic templates. Kickturn is not. It is formulated against the actual drivers of poor sperm health, using bioactives at clinical levels from manufacturers we have audited ourselves.”
